What if the customer doesn't use the discount code?
This is the main reason stores switch to us. Every creator also gets a tracked link, and we ask one question after checkout: how did you hear about us? If the link or that answer points to a creator, the sale is theirs. Most apps would file it as “Direct.”
Do I need a developer?
No. You install it from the Shopify App Store like any other app. Nothing is added to your theme, and most stores have their first creator set up the same afternoon.
How do creators actually get paid?
They connect their own Stripe account when they sign up. You either approve payday in one click or set it to run weekly or monthly on its own. You never see or handle anyone's bank details.
What happens when someone returns an order?
The commission comes off automatically. If you already paid it out, that amount is held back from what the creator earns next, so you are never chasing anyone for money.
Can I pay different creators differently?
Yes. A percent of the order, a fixed amount, or tiers that pay more as someone sells more. You set it once and every order works out its own rate.
I already work with creators. Can I move them over?
Yes. Send them your join link, approve them, and they keep working the way they already do. Their new code and link are created for them.
What if it doesn't work for my store?
Cancel any time. Within the first 30 days you get your money back, and your tracking data stays yours.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing was added to your theme, so there is nothing to remove. Your orders stay in Shopify as they were, and your tracking data stays yours.
